This great European Championship course in Andalucia, Spain, was designed by Trent Jones, Sr in 1974 and developed by Jamie Ortiz-Patiño. It is famous for its immaculate fairways and perfect greens with glistening white bunkers and water features. Valderrama, following the natural lay of the land was designed to call forth thought and precision in every shot.Host to the flagship tournament of the PGA European tour, the Volvo Masters, and in the 1997, the 32nd Ryder Cup it is one of the great courses of Europe.
